More professional? are you dumb im not going to be professional when this kid is blatantly throwing slander at me saying I scammed him lmao, there were straight forward Instructions so this doesnt happend and the guy didnt follow them. STEP 1 VERIFY WITH RESTORECORD SO YOU NEVER LOSE CONTACT WITH ME OR LOSE UPDATES FOR TOOLS YOU PURCHASE. But no he comes to a forum saying I scammed him because he cant read/follow an instruction. Again he could have came a lot nicer instead of just blatantly saying I scammed him instead of pming me and saying " Hey man I bought ur osg tool and im not in the server anymore could you please invite me or tell me whats going on" no instead he comes here looking for clout and trying to cause problems. Im not going to be nice to someone like that

The way you present yourself & how you handle things like this is totally wrong. Wether he over reacted or not, as a person selling services you should know how to deal with things like this. Show proof/ fix the problem.

The way you present yourself & how you handle things like this is totally wrong. Wether he over reacted or not, as a person selling services you should know how to deal with things like this. Show proof/ fix the problem. Be respectful man. You won't make it being a douche to everyone who explains an issue .

No one expects you to remember all of your customers names.

The point being made here is regardless of the statements this person has made, how you react to them says everything about YOU.

You can be unhappy, but from a professional level, you keep that to yourself.

Sort the situation and move on, this thread just makes you look like an angry person no one would want to work with/buy from.

Yeah you realise this guy hasnt showed proof of his purchase and just comes here posting saying I scammed Im not going to reply nicely when someone is just claiming I scammed them without contacting me or showing me proof Im not going to be nice like I said. This guy is trying to hurt my rep without proof, without contacting me for help just straight up saying I scammed. Ill call this kid an idiot all day I will not help this guy until he shows proof of order in pm and asks for help or a refund. Also he didnt ask for help or a refund so why is he posting this??

I see both sides of this, he shouldn't of said that, but you shouldn't of reacted like that, the amount of times I've had people telling me I'm fake or a scammer, just gotta take it on the chin man
