So I bought a bunch of new parts to upgrade my PC and 2 of those things were a new motherboard and an AIO. The motherboard I got was a ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING II and the AIO is a H100i RGB PLATINUM SE. I finished putting everything together and tried booting up but my fans spin up to max speed and my CPU temps quickly climb up to the 90 degrees mark before it shots itself off to prevent damage.

I thought I had it working at first but when I switched the SATA ports for my HDD (because 5 & 6 were disabled due to me having an NVME SSD in slot 2) it then started doing this. The connector for the cooler in my motherboard feels extremely loose and it only has 1 wire in the 3 pin connector which I also find weird. If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear them.

Thanks in advance

I fixed it, it was a mix of the pump not being secured properly and the pump wire being in the AIO motherboard header instead of the CPU header.
