Hey guys,
I just recently got into filming and Vlogs. What's the best editing software to use for cinematic films (Travel videos, vlogs) to use for sick edits. (Trying to teach myself).

I think the majority of content creators use Premiere Pro honestly. If you have an apple product you will be editing on, you also have options such as Final Cut Pro. I know some people also use Powerdirector, but honestly it is all preference. I would work with Premiere Pro as you can switch between that and After Effects pretty seamlessly for some dope edits.

Premiere Pro or you could also try DaVinci Resolve which has both a free and a one time payment version.

It depends on what you know how to use I use vegas and with a few plugins you can do virtually anything. Plugins I'd recommend Sapphire, twixtor, uni, etc.

I agree with Vegas I found it was simple to learn being a newbie to YouTube with all the guides available.

If you're starting out to edit for your first time I would recommend using Sony Vegas 16 to start out but when you feel more comfortable editing I would move onto Premier Pro. Not sure what you mean by "sick edits" that could be anything really.
