Rust script program update.

Changes:
- Added Arctic AK-47 for auto-detection from new game patch;
- Fixed CPU load bug when playing in Exclusive mode;
- Returned all Panic key functionality after rework;
- Fixed long-standing bug with the disappearance of the main menu, when you turn on the overlay, on some configurations of computers;
- Many other technical optimizations and improvements.

Updating the script program for Rust.

Changes:
- Changed all recoil for the new game update;
- Added a switch to the old and new recoil;
- Added new weapons:
- HMLMG
- NAILGUN
- PUMP SHOTGUN
- MULTIPLE GRENADE LAUNCHER
- DOUBLE BARREL SHOTGUN
- SPAS-12 SHOTGUN
- SNOWBALL GUN
- For auto-detection in "By press slot with weapon" mode, added support for switching weapons via mouse wheel;
- Changed the principle of the Auto-shoot function, now the function will work without additional settings binds in the game and works the same on PC and GFN, you just need to enable the function in the menu;
- Fixed an issue with saving configs when playing with HWID Spoofer;
- Other optimizations and improvements for future functionality.

We continue to work on improving the recoil and other functionality, more updates will be released soon.
