So I recently got 130kg deadlift for 1 rep, 2 weeks after I got 150kg. I've set a goal to get 160kg by end of June. Keep in mind I'm not using straps or a belt, I recon I could get 160kg right now but I wanna see how much I can do bare naked :p

You have a month, the goal is quite feasible if you approach it the right way.

I recommend for your next 3 weeks deadlifting twice a week. Working in the 3-5 rep range. 3-5 sets.

For example if you can do 130kg 4-5 times after a few weeks, 160 will be a far easier pull.

My 2 cents. (8 years lifting experience)

Yesterday I did 2 reps 140kg, so yea ima try 130kg and see how many I can do
