A: My domains are completely uncensorable no government or 3rd party can touch them.

Q: What prior knowledge do I need to use this effectively?
A: All you need to know is what you want to put on the website & how to point a domain to a IP address.

Q: Does this require any third party software?
A: Yes/No Handshake runs of a DNS so the user would be required to have the Handshake DNS enabled with NextDNS but there is also a website called hns.is that acts like a browser already using the DNS example below.

Example:
My website suluisabitch.use/ won't load unless you're using the DNS but for example if i add hns.to it will load fine without needing to use 3rd party software check it out yourself suluisabitch.use.hns.is/ it will hns.is loads the site through a DNS check it out ^_^
