I had recently turned alot of my gta settings off/low but now i cant see underglows on my car or others and i tried turning everything on/high still cant find the problem anyone know why ?

My problem at first was render distance looking all pixal although ive never experienced this.
Have you tried resetting to default settings?

need to change settings back up maybe not to high but higher than your new settings also make sure shadows are on
