| Title says it all, would you rather private sell or part exchange a car and why? |

| Private party sales will always yield more money and if you care about the car you can tell if the person will treat it good or not. Trade in allows a same day transaction so if you're in a hurry to get a new car that'll be the way to go but I always prefer to buy and sell private party for the money savings. |

| Thanks for the reply, I'm on my 4th car, sold my previous to we buy any car as I had some financial issues, I part exchanged my 2nd car and cash obviously to get my 3rd car and also sold but 1st car to we buy any car as I had a company van I could use for personal use and didn't bother sorning the car as planned to stay in that job for ages, so sold it to we buy any car (was only worth a few hundred quid) and the money went towards my brothers first car. |
