would say a solid build. In this day and age a 1650 will hold up but if you can upgrade it maybe to a 1080ti - one of the best value for money cards on the market -

I would also maybe stick with a good air cooler. Its been proven although water cooling might look and sound good, air cooling is better. Not by much but might be worth keeping in mind.

other than 2 little things your PC is solid.
maybe stick and HDD or an extra SSD in, just so you have more than one space to store your stuff. I usually put programs and stuff on m.2 and games on an SSD

but overall a good set up
sorry if I was harsh I don't mean to be
take it as constructive feedback on what you can improve in the future
