Ok look what most people said is okay, but you are looking more for beginner airial training. The answer is waytony. His guide helps you get to the ball first (fast aerials get), reading the ball, high airial, awkward aerial, and insane aerial. Most of what other people are talking about is air roll. That's nice info to know, but this is how to get the actual aerial part down.
