Ok, so I built a new computer for my wife. My first build in YEARS so I'm further out of the game than I thought I was and am having issues. I did a bench test prior to installation and came up with the ASUS screen. I installed everything into the case and initially was able to get this to post connected directly to the graphics card again. I fiddled around in the ASUS menu with some things that I rightly should not have as I didn't know anything about and exited. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything on the mobo and still now go. I am now unable to get anything to post at all via the graphics card nor the motherboard directly. Everything turns on. Lights come on, system fans spin, radiator fans spin, graphics card fans spin, PSU fan spins, LEDs on the mobo turn on. Any help at all? I checked all the parts prior to purchasing on New Egg and on PCPartPicker and there are no conflicts.

My system:

-MSI MEG Z490I UNIFY Mini ITX LGA1200 Motherboard
-Intel Core i7-10700K 3.8 GHz 8-Core Processor
-Crucial Ballistix RGB 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
-Asus GeForce RTX 3070 8 GB KO Gaming OC Video Card
-Thermaltake TH240 ARGB Sync 59.28 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
-Addlink X70 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
-Team T-FORCE DELTA RGB 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive
-PNY CS900 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive
-Corsair CXF 650 W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
-(2) Corsair ML120 Pro LED, White, 120mm Premium Magnetic Levitation Cooling Fan

All in an Antec Striker case.

Will be running Windows 10 Home OEM 64-Bit but haven't gotten that far.
