But very very terrible support. He demands a tip (which I see it as blackmail) every time I ask for a 5 second worth of changing a text/number.

You are very lucky I cannot share DM's. I appreciate the comment, but lets not lie here. You offered a tip for almost every edit you asked for. Also its not just changing text, animations have to be re done as well!
