Hi there! I've built a few PC's before but the one I'm currently doing has completely stumped me. Unlike my other builds, this new one has a CPU with integrated graphics instead of a dedicated GPU because it's not meant for gaming.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G and AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2 Micro ATX
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury (2 x 4 GB)
Storage: Kingston A400 240 GB M.2 SSD and Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB Internal Hard Drive

Essentially, the system boots but no display, POST, or BIOS beeps. Then, when I try to turn the computer off, the power LED blinks and the LED on the mobo blinks as well, so I have to turn it off via the PSU instead. After many, many hours of troubleshooting and testing individual parts, I found that when I switched out the CPU and put in a different CPU with a separate GPU, the build works perfectly fine and I was even able to install Windows (had to steal these 2 parts from a different build). At first I thought my CPU was maybe just DOA and tried using a different one with integrated graphics, but to no avail. I went ahead and updated the mobo to the newest BIOS version, but that didn't work either (I also tried clearing the CMOS). I then tried the CPU with integrated graphics with a graphics card as well, plugging in the display to the GPU, but that didn't work either.

At this point, I'm really frustrated and don't understand any reason why a CPU of the same gen would work while the other wouldn't (build worked with a AMD Ryzen 5 2600 and a GTX 1060 but not with either of the ones listed above). This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I've had to delay it as a result. Any help would be greatly appreciated (whether there is someway to fix this or if I need to return the CPUs I got and get a new CPU and a cheap GPU).
