Before I start this off a friend of mine wants to get into pc gaming. He has an old tower but i'm not sure if it would be worth it to upgrade that or start from scratch as it's 10ish years old. It has an i5-3350P, and 8gb of ram. He's not the most tech savy so that's all I know as of now.
What is your budget and currency? He hasn't given me a number but i'd say it's safe to say around $700. What will you use the PC for? Gaming Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using? I don't believe so Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals? No Do you need an operating system? No Will you overclock? No Anything else we should know? He'll be playing Genshin and a few other games like that. I know he plays a lot of Destiny 2 on his xbox so i'm assuming that will carry over to pc and world of tanks and ace fighter? I think it's called?? So i'm assuming he'll continue to play those. So pretty much a system that can run those. I had an idea with a ryzen 5 3600 and a 1660 super. But all help is much appreciated! |
