Okay so unlike the traditional post of what I need to do and asking questions and what not.. I'm in a very different situation...

I've been diagnosed with cholinergic idiopathic urticaria which basically means if I leave my bed, get anxious, do any physical activity, or even get warm, I break out in hives and blisters all over my skin which sucks ass.

I've been dealing with it since January to now and have went from 190-260. Normally if I didn't have this issue I would be able to walk or do physical activity and honestly lose the weight efficiently and easily, but since I can barely move or do anything it's really hard.

My diets been awful and since currently I'm relying strictly off my parents for food (I can't even make my own food without breaking out) they normally just get fast food and the weights been stacking.

I really have no nutritional knowledge or food plans that actually help weight loss other than the traditional eat less and exercise type meta. All I'm asking really is for a solid 1 week meal plan of super easy to make food or snacks that I could make that will help lower my weight even from no exercise, and maybe some exercises I can do that require very little.. movement I should say.. it's been really tough trying to figure this out and everyone I asked for help doesn't even know how to. If y'all got any tips or anything I really appreciate it

Ill try and help. Im not an expert but I work in a vitamin store and get asked the question alot about losing weight.

The biggest things are your diet, and physical exercise.
You have to work on these 2 things if you want your weight to drop.
Cut back on sweets, sugary things.
Avoid lots of calories, carbs, stop getting fast food
Fast food is the enemy.

Eat more veggies, drink water, cut back on snacks and stuff.. chips soda etc.
You can find meal plans on the internet

Hope this helped, let me know if you need anything else. Ill try and help

Unless you're physically unable to do exercise such as a broken leg, you can do them. You can start off small and work you're way up.

Tbh running is one of the best ways to lose weight, you can start off jogging then work your way up to running
My friends lost over 10 pounds from running.

If you have a bike, cycling burns lots of calories and is great as well

I am physically unable to do these exercises. My skin literally turns bright red with blisters all over to the point where I can't even move I mean I can't even walk for more than 3 minutes

When it gets really bad I also faint because it's so excruciating

Have you visited a doctor to maybe try to get a "cure" to your problems? Maybe they have a few recommendations for you

I had a friend with this who actually made it go away for good. I'm not a doctor so don't try anything I say unless you are willing.

He tried doing more yoga workouts and if he had hives he'd cool himself with ice or a cold shower to help. He also used a low histamine diet. He used multivitamins and DAO supplements. He believes the DAO supplements helped him very much but I would talk to your doctor before taking anything. Wish you the best

Winstrol...

In all seriousness have you considered talking to a Dr in regards to some anti-anxiety medicine, Diazepam/Xanax etc... tackle the first obstacle which is the anxiety once you cross that hurdle then consider exercise.

There are plenty of workout routines you can follow and also remeber diet is an important factor! Marcos/Carb counting.. you'll need to find what works for you (Good diet will also assist in supressing some of the anxiety) , when i'm cutting i personally do Keto but it varys person to person.

I've struggled with anxiety in the past so if you need anything don't hesitate to shoot me a message happy to help with anything gym related aswell.
