I have the case and the PSU, so far.

- variable voltage input (12V to 24V) 400 Watt DC-to-ATX unit from HDPLEX.
- Portable case (NFC)

I do not want a GPU for this build (needless loss of limited electricity).

I want the processing power of about an i5-10400, but I would like an AMD chip with their more modern and efficient architecture. (The system is for audio recording and processing)

Here's where I have trouble: AMD's good chips all seem to have no basic display output at all, so you must install a separate GPU - which I don't want.

Or, you have to buy an APU, but those kinda stink on the processing side, like the 3400G. You can play games with it, but otherwise, its pretty bad.

Is there any AMD cpu that matches an i5-10x00 for processing and offers basic display output? (not a full blown APU)

This computer is for audio processing, so it needs enough CPU power and RAM (32GB) for that, but as little as possible should be dedicated to display output.
