Would you be willing to build your own? The prebuilt PCs usually cheap out on certain hardware. |

Me personally with these kinds of prices, you could build a much better rig than any of these but if you are not looking to build your own then I would go with the second link. |

The HP Omen from Curry's is the best machine here, and yes it'll play Cold War just fine. |

I always prefer doing a custom build. Through OfferUp you can find some good deals for an awesome build about that price. If you do that you'll want to make sure half your budget goes to your GPU ;) If you're set on a pre-build I'd go with the HP Omen. Best graphics and CPU for the price. |
