So i have been playing cold war multiplayer and if i go onto my friends list to scroll and see whos online or join any sort of invite the game will freeze and knock me back to the home screen or dashboard as some people call it.

Anyone else experiencing this problem or have any suggestions I'm really starting to get annoyed with it and about to lose my marbles with it and smash it into tiny little pieces!

Any help appreciated

Haven't had this issue with mine. I do have an issue with my controller which it will shut off randomly as if the batteries die, which they don't.

Do you have the series X downloaded? I had this issue when I switched from the Xbox one to the Xbox one series x. I had to uninstall the Xbox one version and re install the Xbox one series x version of the game

Haven't had this issue since I've had my console from launch.

Try hard resetting the console by holding down on the power button for 10+ seconds and see if you still have this bug.

Im almost certain i do mate i went to games and apps on my series X and downloaded the game from their so will that not automatically be the series X version since im on that console??

It should say Cold War Xbox One Series X l S as the title if you have the correct one. Hit start on the game and manage game and you can see that. The Xbox one version will just say call of duty Cold War.

had only issues on coldwar on my ps5 never had issues on my xbox S not sure what the issue is for the xbox been trying to figure it out
