Honestly being at work lol, I do security so just sit in the car all night on laptop or watching Netflix. I have kids and a handful of a missus so its a nice break from them all while providing the monies lol.

Working out makes me feel most at peace when I can get a nice 3-5 mile run in with my music in my ears and no distractions running along lake mead.. beautiful

I'm at peace when I am spending time with my son. I don't get to see him as often as I wish so this is my happiest time and stress free.
