Now that Cablevision and Satellite TV have gone the way of the Dodo bird for me,
I've decided to build a PC for the Living Room TV, to create a 'better experience'
over the buggy Roku that plagues my entertainment center these days.

Home theater PC doesn't have to be very powerful, so I went small form factor and
decided on a mini ITX platform.

The build:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1650 Windforce OC
Motherboard: Asrock B450 ITX Fata!ity <--- Arrived DOA (more below)
Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro AX mini-ITX
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition
Memory: DDR4 3200 16GB C16 Team Vulcan Z
Case: Thermaltake Core V1 minitower
O/S SSD: Silicon Power 512GB NVMe M.2 PCIe
HHD: (1) 3.5 inch 1TB HDD 7200 RPM and (1) 2.5inch 2TB 7200RPM Seagate
O/S: Windows 10 Pro
PSU: 350W Bronze SFX12V

This semi-budget minded build should be good for Music, TV, and Movies.
It may also record House security cameras on a 3rd HDD... We'll see how it goes.

The Asrock B450 motherboard wouldn't post. It also wouldn't power the case fan
at either connection.
The power supply ran the fan just fine with an adapter. No power reading on my meter at the MB.
Everything else fired up, but no POST, and no beeps. Cleared the CMOS,
(missing jumper from the box, luckily I had one) rechecked all the connections,
retried a few times, but no POST. 1st and last Asrock MB for me. It's going back.

Now I wait for the B550 (upgrade)... More than I need for this, but overbuilt doesn't suck.
