not sure if this is the right place or not, it seemed like the right place...

Whats up everybody, i started me weight loss journey just about 4 weeks ago and lost about 30 pounds so far. One thing that i struggle with is late night cravings. I will say i have hardly ever began to eat, like grab a handful of something, but my question is how do you guys deal with them or how have you dealt with them in the passed?

I'd recommend drinking water for any type of cravings. Hydration is key for everything else to mesh. It's definitely weird, but, that's what I have always been told.

This is pretty solid advice. I personally would have something like a Pb&J rice cake using sugar free jelly. Tends to kinda give me what I want out of a late night sweet

Water is the main one, but if it gets really bad I honestly just have a small spoon of peanut butter and it ties me over.

Dude go to the store and buy those Naked smoothies they'll fill you up and they're packed full of vitamins and minerals.
