I need to format my Windows 10 computer but I'm confused about an issue. If I format my PC, what will happen to passwords that are saved on the browser (chrome > settings > passwords). Will those passwords be deleted when formatting the PC?

If you're using Chrome they are saved on your google account so you just sign back in and they're there.

On Chrome, make sure your sync settings are all set. If that's all said and done, then your settings will be saved to your Google account. When you reinstall Windows, you can log in to your Google account on Chrome, enter your sync password, and everything will be back to the way it was.
