I was banned using a menu on my main account how will I know if it's a hwid ban?

Do they just ban the main things like motherboard ssd/hdd and processor or do they ban graphics cards aswell?

I asked for a refund from blizzard, got it then made a new account.
I uninstalled blizzard and cold war and re downloaded them to be safe.
Also did a pc clean.

Im back playing Cold war with no shadow ban or hwid ban


How in the world did you get a post ban refund wtf
