Hey all,
I have a 5600x with an x570 tomahawk. I had planned on doing an intel build, before amd dropped, and picked up the G.Skill F4-3200C16D-16GTZR kit. My question is will this ram work fine in this build? Newegg wants to charge like 20 (~25%) bucks to restock and ship it back so I want to be sure there is a need to eat that loss. |

It should work. There are similar kits in the compatibility list. If you cannot load the XMP profile, you can enter the timings yourself.

Verbalkintify wrote That's despite it being branded intel vs AMD as well? XMP is Intel's standard and most AMD boards license it. G.Skill may "optimize" this kit for Intel systems, but expect it to work with AMD. |
