So i bought this computer from best buy for almost 2000 dollars USD.

I have been using a hp gaming laptop 15 for the past few months and have been having problems with it after such a short amount of time. I am no longer working as I got hut at work as most of you know. I invested into this computer because of thef act, this is what i do. I make videos and livestream daily. So yesterday i invested into my future, or at least tried to get something that i was told would last me much longer then the laptop ect.

Since bringing this computer home, i have factory reset the computer. It is still running very slow as it did the first time i booted it up as well even thoiugh the specs are crazty. I dont know what to do. It is brand new. The computer says it has tons of updates to do, but it wont update for whatever reason. Im not sure what to do and have talked with a few friends and they cant figure it out.

It is this here -

Contact iBUYPOWER or wherever you purchased the PC from and have them either fix the issue or refund you.

I'd lean towards getting a refund to be honest.
