Why am I not receiving my fifa 21 web app code via email?

I would imagine it's down to demand, if you contact them through live chat they are able to give you backup codes.

It came through but now saying incorrect lol why did I pay £72 for this game haha

If you do it again, make sure not to refresh, if you refresh it will require different code than the one they've already sent you.

I've tried 3 times 2x on the same code 1 on a different does it have to be on pc?
