Hey guys. I made a thread the other day wondering if I CAN upgrade my i5 to i9 on a z370 board (ROG MAXIMUS X HERO) but now... I just wonder which CPU will be best considering the rest of my specs..
My Specs: intel i5-8600K ROG MAXIMUS X HERO (WIFI AC) ZOTAC GAMING GEFORCE RTX 2060 EVGA Supernova NEX650G 80plus Gold GSKILL 16GB RAM Arctic Alpine 11GT CPU Fan. Sound Blaster Z My main concern is: will my computer be able to handle the i9-9900k? or something lower like an i7-9700k.... Do I have enough watts on my power supply? Is my fan enough? Since its a more powerful CPU, it'll take more power from the power supply and more heat transmitted. My main usage on my PC is music production (FL Studio) Gaming & Streaming, and sometimes video editing. All help is appreciated, thank you <3 |
