I have built a new PC and cannot get it to boot from the USB drive that has the Windows Media creation tool.

When the computer boots the following occurs:

1. I can see the USB device is being recognized because the red light blinks during boot.
2. The PC will automatically go to the screen indicating "Reboot and Select proper Boot Device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key.

I have confirmed that the boot priority is configured with the USB as boot option #1 and we switched all settings to this.

Using UEFI BIOS Utility with an ASUS motherboard BIOS version 1407

I have watched many videos on things to try and nothing seems to work, getting super frustrated because I have spent a ton of money on this build...PLEASE HELP

You can manually choose which drive to boot in BIOS, so just try manually booting into the USB. If it's still not detecting boot device/media, then you've not set up your boot USB properly.
