I am looking to spend around 500-600 on a new pc. What would be the best options, I want one that is quiet and can game on good settings. Aswell as fast for scrolling on the web.

Will be buying 4k monitors in the near future so wont need any for now, no keyboard and mouse, not sure about overclock and operating systems.

500-600 what? I'm assuming GBP?
What will you use the PC for exactly? What games do you want "good settings" in? What does "fast scrolling on the web" mean?

Well, what monitor(s) will you be using with the system right now?
Also, not sure I'd be buying 4k monitors(plural?) for a £500 system tbh.
