Don't bother buying a GT 1030.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor (£264.00 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Plus MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard (£89.95 @ AWD-IT)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL20 Memory (£53.99 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Crucial P2 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£53.75 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4 GB Phoenix OC Video Card (£149.99 @ AWD-IT)
Case: Deepcool MATREXX 55 ATX Mid Tower Case (£39.98 @ Scan.co.uk)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12III 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£49.99 @ Scan.co.uk)
Total: £701.65

If you don't mind buying used, then you'll be able to get an RX 580 or 6GB GTX 1060 under 100 quid easily, both of which will match a GTX 1650 Super and are all significant improvements over a GT 1030.
If you do go used instead of a 1650 Super, you'll be able to get a larger SSD or 32GB RAM instead of 16GB within budget.

Better motherboard and PSU as well.

because running off an SSD is 10x faster than a internal HDD. Like you said, you will be running many tasks... Why not have the extra speeds?
