Had my OG MW account perm banned for no reason so I feel your pain. Tried contacting support then and just as useless as they are now. You can make warzone account for free with a mobile number connected to it. but as far as multiplayer games, you'd be required to risk the chance of buying the game and being banned. hope that helps!
