I meant more as what order he has them in. xbdm should be Plugin 1 if it's not could be causing this issue.

But he already mentioned his Xbox is using a different DNS server and I could easily see that being the issue as well.

The good solution here would be OP just buy a wifi adapter for his falcon.

theres a wifi dongle for these consoles. While they work for playing online, if you want to use neighborhood to transfer bigger files like games, it will take ages to do.
