SO... MY SITUATION IS
I have an Xbox One that i am in much need of help with. I bought it used from a locally owned business and it has no problems connecting my account to xbox live like my profile will sign in and i can play games online (tested out with fortnite works every time and Apex Legends works every time as well) BUT The only reason i even downloaded those 2 games to test if my account would let me play online is because ive bought 2 copies of the call of duty game with war zone (forgot the name of it but the newest version) and also Advanced Warfare & i have checked various times over the course of habing the Xbox for a few months now... Still cannot connect to the online servers for Xbox Live on Call of Duty gaames... I have no idea why I can never get online for call of duty games but yet games from Xboc Game Pass I have no trouble connecting online to.. |

You definitely sure you have xbox live gold? and not the trials
You should also try make another account just to see its not your account causing problems. |
