Nice ! Like the video i wanna get more fit i been too lazy for so long too much soda :/ any tips on how i can cut it outta my drinking

My personal advice would be to not cut it out at all. If you start cutting out everything you like your diet will not be maintainable long term.

Opt for lower sugar or sugar free options when possible and make sure you're counting all of your calories

Diets are destined to fail. You should never jump on a diet, just change the way you eat. Energy balance in conjunction with exercise will always be the way. Watching what you eat will keep extra lbs off but you must also keep the body strong
