I bought a console from him a couple months ago and I tried using it but it would freeze a lot faster than I thought it should. I stopped using it for a few weeks and tried to boot it up recently but it kept freezing on the loading screen so I sent it to Rodent _Modz and he said it was busted and got me hooked up with a new one

Hopefully you get your money back, try your best to keep getting in contact with him! The same thing has happened to me when I sent my RGH into Streamah. I never got my money or console back and staff wont help at all so its looking grim
