So I have decided to cut during lockdown as I have bulked since September. My question is, how much do you think minimal compound work (due to only have 60kg of weight at home) will affect my overall compounds for when I get back to the gym?

I know this is a varied question but I just want to get the opinions from people who know more than me.

Totals:
Bench 105kg
DL 200kg
Squat 160kg

(Not the best I know, I'm 19 so not the most experienced)

(I am hoping to go from 76kg to 66kg)
