This is a challenge that we created in my unit last month. It will take a bit of time to complete, a few hours roughly unless you are a stud.

The objective of this challenge is to carry 2 water cans (roughly 40
lbs each can use kettle bells instead) 2 miles with as little drops as possible. If you set them down you will have to run back to the start point, then back to where you left off and continue on with the 2 miles. When you run back, it's directly from the water cans(or whatever you decided to carry in place of them) and back to to start point then directly back to the carried items. Time it and record total miles and post below here if completed.
