I've been using RGH's for few years now and I've never got this problem before.

Soo...
When I go onto my dash launch and change a plugin when I click HDD my rgh completely freezes

*i change my Plugins absolutely fine when I press on and eject to hyped them*

Things I've done just before something made to this happen

Downloaded a cracked menu .xex for gta (this is it a plug-in)

Updated my dashlaunch from 3.16 to 3.21 (I never got the update notification when you have both on the hdd on xex menu)

So what do u guys reckon and how can I fix this?

The console basically crashes when I click HDD to choose what plug in i want but that's only online.
If I bypass the plugins via power and eject it works perfect!

What I suggest is trying to remove the cracked menu of your GTA .xex in the plugins and see if you can boot it normally. That usually is the most common issue, now as for the update for dashlaunch I think you should be fine. But If the .xex is not the issue then you might want to investigate the dashlaunch issue.

Also make sure your plugins are setup like this:

plugin 1: xbdm.xex
plugin 2: your stealth.xex
plugin 3: what ever menu your using for gta5
plugin 4: RPC.xex
plugin 5: XDRPC.xex
