What monitor(s) are you using with this system?
What kind of case are you after with an upgrade? Why don't you like the P400?

Gonna be honest, I'd still recommend the Eclipse P400 to a lot of people, just the newer revision, P400A. Although if I were you, I'm not sure I'd bother with a case upgrade.
Regardless, if you want something new, Fractal Meshify C, S2, Cooler Master H500, NR600, Lian-LI PC-O11 are probably where I'd start looking.

1080p, 1440p, 4k? 60Hz, 144Hz? Freesync, G-Sync?

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor ($174.99 @ B&H)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H5 Ultimate 76 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard ($114.99 @ Best Buy)
Memory: Team T-FORCE VULCAN TUF Gaming Allian 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory ($147.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial MX200 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB WINDFORCE 2X Video Card ($399.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Fractal Design Meshify C ATX Mid Tower Case ($98.99 @ Walmart)
Power Supply: Rosewill Capstone 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply
Total: $936.95

Might have to get an AM4 mounting kit for your Cryorig cooler. Could also add another SSD, a 1TB NVMe, if you want. You could save some money and get better performance with an RX 5700XT instead of the RTX 2070 if you want. 2070 has RTX and DLSS, but is about 8% slower than a 5700XT for $20 more.

Put the Meshify C in here, but like I said plenty of case options. If you like your P400, you could just grab yourself a P400A with the RGB fans. Otherwise, Cooler Master NR600, Cooler Master H500, Lian-Li PC-O11, Phanteks P500A(if it ever comes out) would be what I'd look at.
