I would suggest the KTM. Such a solid bike, you'll love it.

I guess you're meaning a sxf250 if so definitely go for the yz.
The yz being the best of 125 2 strokes for years with the light Ali frame. Great feel and handling!

Depends what you will be riding. Tracks, trails?

If you're talking about a 250 sx 2 stroke that's a lot of bike and if you're not on an experienced level I would recommend starting out on the 125.
If you're talking about the 250 sxf 4 stroke, it's really about preference from 2 stroke or 4 stroke. 2 strokes are fun in that powerband but 4 strokes deff have more bottom end pull and if you're racing or riding on tracks it helps hitting jumps and etc.

Speaking from experience as I raced MX from age 7 to age 19. I stopped racing due to breaking my knee and now I have been taking it easy.

My current bike is a 2017 crf450r.
