PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor (£113.17 @ Senetic)
Motherboard: ASRock B450M Pro4-F Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard (£64.98 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (£74.98 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Crucial BX500 480 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£57.59 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: Zotac GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4 GB Twin Fan Video Card (£157.96 @ Scan.co.uk)
Case: BitFenix Neos Black ATX Mid Tower Case (£34.00 @ AWD-IT)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12III 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£50.47 @ Scan.co.uk)
Monitor: ViewSonic VX2458-C-MHD 23.6" 1920x1080 144 Hz Monitor (£149.97 @ Laptops Direct)
Total: £703.12

I'd really try to spend the extra 40 quid for a GTX 1660 though;

Overclock the memory on this and you'll be matching GTX 1660 Super/Ti performance, which will be great for 1080p144Hz.

Alternatively, you could keep the GTX 1650 Super and drop to a 1080p75Hz monitor;

Use the 50 quid you saved for a better/nicer case + PSU, or a larger SSD maybe.

In CoD MW specifically, at 1080p with Ultra settings, you'll be hitting around 75FPS with a GTX 1650 Super. With a memory overclocked GTX 1660, you'll hit around 100FPS.
Dial that back to mostly high and I bet you'll be getting close to 144FPS with a 1660 and easily around 100+ FPS with a 1650 Super.
