JBL wrote Streaming and gaming, Rust, CS:GO, Cod etc
No I already have all peripherals
And yes remove the R5 3600

"Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using?"

Need to know this to recommend an appropriate GPU.

You really don't need to spend any more than £800 for a system to use with your 1080p60Hz monitor;
PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor (Purchased For £165.00)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard (£104.97 @ Box Limited)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (£73.98 @ Aria PC)
Storage: Crucial P1 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£103.94 @ BT Shop)
Video Card: Palit GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB GamingPro OC Video Card (£220.38 @ Aria PC)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400A ATX Mid Tower Case (£63.99 @ Box Limited)
Power Supply: Corsair TXM Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply (£64.99 @ Box Limited)
Total: £797.25

R5 3600 + GTX 1660 Super are more than adequate. You'd even be making decent use of a 1080p144Hz monitor with this set-up, so if you spend any more than 800 quid, you'd be best off looking at new monitors IMO.

Yes. Don't get that MSI X570 motherboard, it's not very good. If you're going to get an X570 motherboard, get an Asus X570 TUF. The MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX, however, is more than adequate for an R5 3600 and is actually good quality unlike the X570-A PRO.

If you're wanting RGB then here;
PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor (Purchased For £165.00)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard (£104.97 @ Box Limited)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (£90.96 @ Ebuyer)
Storage: Crucial P1 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£103.94 @ BT Shop)
Video Card: Palit GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB GamingPro OC Video Card (£220.38 @ Aria PC)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400A Digital ATX Mid Tower Case (£83.99 @ Box Limited)
Power Supply: Corsair TXM Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply (£64.99 @ Box Limited)
Total: £834.23

Or one of these RGB RAM kits if you want 3600MHz instead of 3200MHz;
