Looking to build a new PC and I'm looking for advice/suggestions. I have a small room so I don't want a huge RGB filled desktop, looking for something with a small form factor and minimal lighting.

-Budget: $1500
-Use For Build: Video Editing/Graphic Design Mostly - Some Gaming
-Monitor Status: I have a monitor already, but open to getting a second
-Keyboard and Mouse Status: Looking to get a new KB and Mouse
-Overclocking: Maybe depending on what it can handle w/ cooling

What kind of "Video Editing/Graphic Design" will you be doing? What programs will you be using?
What kind of games will you be playing?
Any sort of preferences for kb/mouse?

I have a BenQ gaming monitor, not sure the model.
Editing in Adobe Premiere and After Effects. Graphics in Photoshop and Cinema 4D.
Some light games might play CS:GO or CoD MW 2019 on low/med graphic settings.
I like Mx red or Mx brown switches for the keyboard, I don't like super flashy rainbow led keyboards. Mouse I'm open to anything lightweight.

If it's a 1080p60Hz monitor that you've got, I'd probably try to upgrade it.

So I'd probably look at something like this;

So just standard cooling? Is it worth it to spend extra money on an AIO or water cooling for an editing build? Just don't want my PC to sound like a jet engine and heat up my small room lol

Included cooler with the R7 3700x is perfectly sufficient. No "need" for an AIO or custom loop, but you can always upgrade your CPU cooler at a later date if you wish.
If anything, I'd just grab a reasonable air cooler in the $50-80 range and call it a day. Again, you can always use the stock cooler for now and do this later though.
