I was wondering if vBulletin is worth spending my money on for making a forum with very little computer coding knowledge.

is there even support for people to help me online in this matter like other services offered to Wordpress and other sites?

If you are thinking about creating a forum with little to no knowledge I wouldn't invest money in a paid software as your investing to loose. Either use a free one such as MyBB which has a lot of community support (I help on their community forums) or find a developer, preferably one who knows HTML, CSS, JaveScript, PHP and SQL to set you right.
