Just to clarify, pre loaded just refers to games not apps. So it's cool to leave xex menu and Aurora and all that.

That is also not allowed. Hard drive has to be blank, this is why all trusted sellers/console shops on TTG offer xex menu on a disc.

That's false my man. I've been through this with other members on multiple occasions. Games can't be on the console because of piracy. Evey seller on here includes at least xex menu and dashlaunch on the console if it comes with an HDD.

If that is the case then the selling rules in the forum just completely contradict themselves then.
