I am going to be using a Gigabyte Designare rev 1.0 board with one RGB header.

I want to know if I can use this one header with an RGB controller to sync my ek-velocity d-rgb waterblock and ek-res 140 Revo D5 PWM devices. I also have corsair vengeance RGB pro memory which states that it runs with CUE to control the colors.... I'm more concerned about the 10 fans I'll be adding (nonrgb) Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM. 8 fans between two waterblock and 2 for general case exhaust on a Thermaltake Tower-900.

I want to be able to control the fans and reservoir/pump flow rate by temperature fluctuation and have the Corsair memory, block, pump and Mobo 'breathe' or pulse the same colors.

I'm seeing all these different applications to do this separately and I'm not sure what I'm going to do. Any advice is appreciated.
