Hey guys I'm new to the forum and a first time builder. I thought I did enough research to be able to do this on my own but I have hit a wall. I am confused on what I need or what I need to do with the wiring on My fans to get them to work.
As of right now I have a Corsair 100i rgb platinum se which I think I have hooked up right. And 2 Corsair ll 120 rgb fans. I have an NZXT 510i case with the smart hub on it and was trying to figure out how to hook up my wires for the fans. I have plenty of spots for the fans to plug into the NZXT hub but I only have one rgb slot.
my questions are do I need a commander pro hub, and or a lightning pro hub?
Or can I just buy the rib led fan hub for the rib portion and plug the fans in?
Or can I just use a fan splitter for the rgb on fans and plug it in.(which I have)

sorry for the nine questions but could not really find out what I needed on the web for my case and only 2 fans

here is a list of the build

Yes. One or the other.
The Lighting Node is for RGB control.
The Commander Pro is for RGB control, but also has fan headers.

I'm pretty sure the Lighting Node Core is going to be more simple than the Node Pro for just some RGB fans tbh. RGB control is already confusing enough to be fair, and Corsair's RGB ecosystem(although probably the best/most 'seamless') is without a doubt one of the most confusing things I've ever seen in PC Building.

So I'd grab a Lighting Node Core probably, or just grab a Commander Pro and then you have the flexibility to run fans off that as well, plus a bunch of LED strips and RGB fans if you decide to add more in the future.

Did you buy the Lighting Node Pro?
If so, did it come with a Lighting Node Core, or did you just buy a Lighting Node Pro by itself?

I think you can use the Core by itself, but if you bought the Pro, you need the Core as well to connect your fans. Like I said though, Corsair have made this pretty damn confusing IMO. The Lighting Node Pro should come with everything you need, which should include a Node Core.
