I'm selling a asus GeForce dual gtx 1060 3gb
I put it up for 120 but someone offered 75
That would be a reach for him right?
How much does that gpu go for nowadays obviously used

It's in the right ballpark the issue is used value isn't really something to be put near retail value; just look up the card model and do some minor used searching for the same model. I wouldn't really take less than $100 (US)

it fully depends on the card; a model is varying; 3gbs go for about 140 ootb but resell and used is usually around 100 for the 3 gig model

120 what? 75 what? What currency are we talking about? 75 Rupees? That's definitely a stretch. 75GBP? Not so much.

I don't know the US used market so well, but if we're talking about UK, you definitely aren't getting anywhere near £120 for a 3GB GTX 1060. Any one offers anything over £100, you take that and run, you're laughing at that point. £75 would be a tad on the low end, I'd say in the region of £85/90 is pretty reasonable.
