What is your budget and currency? British Pounds £2000

What will you use the PC for? Just Gaming

Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using? 1. Asus PG279Q 1440p 165hz 2. Asus VE278H 1080p 144hz

Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals? Nope

Do you need an operating system? Nope

Will you overclock? Yes

Anything else we should know? I'd like something that's Clean and Minimal. So Black and white parts work best. Nothing that screams Gamer

You can do a lot with 2 grand, so a lot more information would be helpful.
What sort of games will you be playing, what sort of preferences do you have for the system(storage, aesthetics, brands, cooling, etc)?

With the information we have, I'd probably recommend looking at something like this;

CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 50.5 CFM CPU Cooler (£70.42 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: Asus PRIME X570-PRO ATX AM4 Motherboard (£219.56 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory (£134.47 @ Scan.co.uk)
Storage: Sabrent Rocket 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£109.99 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 2 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£193.87 @ Ebuyer)
Storage: Toshiba P300 3 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£63.84 @ Ebuyer)
Video Card: Asus GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER 8 GB STRIX GAMING Video Card (£659.98 @ Amazon UK)
Case: Cooler Master MasterBox NR600 (w/o ODD) ATX Mid Tower Case (£69.95 @ CCL Computers)
Power Supply: RIOTORO ENIGMA G2 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (£59.99 @ CCL Computers)
Total: £1872.06

This is essentially my workstation, only difference is less storage. I went for the quietest possible system within a reasonable budget. When i say silent i mean this thing is SILENT. If you want to get a view in the case there are plenty of alternatives. Though i'd go with a windowed version of the one i listed or a MasterBox series. Mind a lot of the price for this system comes in with factoring in silence. I'll list another build below similarly with a similar spec without that factor.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor (£289.99 @ Amazon UK)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Silent Loop 120 65.51 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (£92.84 @ CCL Computers)
Motherboard: Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE WIFI ATX AM4 Motherboard (£202.71 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory (£134.47 @ Scan.co.uk)
Storage: Samsung 860 QVO 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£88.39 @ Scan.co.uk)
Storage: Intel 660p Series 2.048 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£197.47 @ Scan.co.uk)
Storage: Toshiba P300 3 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£63.84 @ Ebuyer)
Video Card: Asus GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER 8 GB DUAL EVO Video Card (£663.47 @ Ebuyer)
Case: Nanoxia Deep Silence 3 ATX Mid Tower Case (£90.99 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: be quiet! Straight Power 11 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (£118.92 @ More Computers)
Total: £1943.09

This is practically the same system, a little less on the overall cost. Different CPU cooler, case, PSU.
