Has anyone completed all officer rank challenges and obtained all ten emblems,
What do these emblems do?

I have 99 out of 100 because doing work is currently impossible to achieve, the emblems if I understand correctly at the end of seasons are displayed somehow on your profile whether that be as a prestige like emblem which I hope for or some other way. Also the tenth emblem is apparently animated and all 6 seasons emblems have been leaked.
